Ballymena Meats strives to achieve the highest possible standards in red meat production. All our systems are monitored by Government, Department of Agriculture Meat Inspectors and Veterinary Officers who are present throughout the working day.

Special attention is taken to ensure clean & safe, standards and practices throughout the chain. Onsite there is a dedicated technical team, which monitors and continually implements the highest product quality using HACCP principles -

This ensures, that at each stage of production, the highest standards are maintained.

The company policy is quality, rather than quantity orientated. We have higher level EFSIS and are a member of the Farm Quality Assurance Scheme. Ballymena Meats is accredited to all European Standards, with attention to detail of upmost importance.
